Dear Student,

 Our Partnership with California State Hayward Continuing Education allows

You to receive university credits for coursework you take at the, Montessori

Teachers Education Center. The credit registration forms on this Website must be

Filled out by you and returned to us (not CSUH). You must fill out a form for each

Course for which you want credit. You must also attach a separate check or fill

Out credit card information on each form.

 In addition, we charge a small processing fee of $3.00 per form. You can make

This payment separately, by check only, to MTEC.

Summery

 1. Forms mailed back to MTEC 16492 Foothill Blvd San Leandro Ca 94578.

2. Fill out a form for each course

3. Each form must be accompanied by separate payment to CSUH.

4. Make one payment to MTEC based on the number of courses for which you

 Please note that in the middle section of the credit registration form you are

Asked if you wish this credit to be for credit/no credit or a letter grade. Your

Answer will be determined in part by whether you receive a letter grade or

Credit/no credit. Please refer to your transcript in order to appropriately mark

Your answer. (If you write in “CR” you will not be awarded a letter grade).

 Submission deadlines are as follows:

 You will be mailed out a transcript from CSUH Continuing Education about

Eight weeks following the above deadlines.
